Good and Evil
By Rev. Donald T. Sawyer, Jr.
With the recent events in the news media of killings by police, terrorist, active shooters and people blowing up folks, I felt the need to share.
This line signifies, with the arrows at each end, means it goes out to infinity (it will never end). The lines in between signify the level of good and evil in people. If we understand this is how human nature is, then we will not be surprised or expect anything different from the past behavior of people or the behavior of people in the future.
However, we have got to keep our eyes, for those who believe in Him, on Jesus. Because when we are trying to walk on the water and possibly try to do the impossible, the waves start to bolster and distract us, we must keep our eyes on Jesus, or we will sink. Like someone else we know, name Peter.
So, my brothers and sisters I would share with you that no matter what the enemy may throw at us i.e. terrorist, active shooters, evil people or whoever tries to steal, kill or destroy us – I (we) will keep my (our) eyes on Jesus. Just call me a “Water Walking” Christian believer.
